Adina Rooks

Adina Rooks serves as the Human Resources Manager for Madison Telecommunications, Inc., bringing more than three decades of financial and operational experience to the organization.

A 1992 graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Finance, Adina began her career with Profit Recovery Group before moving into the telecommunications industry as an in-house General Ledger Accountant for Prestige Cable. Her early foundation in accounting and financial controls continues to strengthen her leadership in HR operations today.

As Madison Telecommunications has grown, Adina has played a key role in shaping the company’s Human Resources and Payroll functions. She holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, reflecting her commitment to strategic HR leadership, compliance excellence, and employee development. Her work focuses on building strong internal systems, supporting workforce growth, and fostering a professional environment where employees can thrive.

Outside of work, Adina is a proud mother of three grown children and two daughters-in-law. Family remains central to her life and values, which are reflected in her people-first approach to leadership.
